NORTHTOWN ANIMAL HOSPITAL MISSION STATEMENT

“We provide the highest quality, individualized, compassionate  veterinary care to clients who regard their pets as family members.”

What does this statement mean for you and your family?

HIGHEST QUALITY: From the moment you enter our doors, you’ll see that we take pride in our hospital. We are accredited by the American Animal Hospital Association, a national acknowledgement of our high quality veterinary care. Our practice is owned and operated by Jean Schaedler, DVM, DABVP, a graduate of Cornell Veterinary School and Board-certified in canine and feline medicine. Dr. Schaedler has been practicing companion animal medicine in the Western New York area for more than 25 years.

INDIVIDUALIZED: We’re not owned by a corporation. Our doctors, not a corporate board, oversee the care and treatment of patients. Advice and recommendations are based on your pet’s individual needs and lifestyle. We don’t have corporate “packages” to sell you things your pet doesn’t need.

COMPASSIONATE: While your pet’s care, comfort, and health are our top priorities, we don’t forget about you, our patient’s caretakers. Being pet ‘parents’ ourselves, we know the stress of bringing our pets to places where they may be uncomfortable or scared. We do our very best to make your pets, and their caretakers, as comfortable and safe as possible during your visit with us. We understand your loving commitment to your companion. They are a special part of your family, and we consider ourselves to be the family doctors for your “furry” family.
